Built on more than 20 years of research, Applicant Assessments are targeted behavioral tests proven to help identify job applicants with the potential to become top performers. How do Applicant Assessments work?

When a job seeker applies to a job on SnagAJob.com, he or she will be directed to complete a simple 10-minute questionnaire (roughly 80 questions) tailored for the industry and position. The answers are scored to reveal how the seeker ranks for crucial traits such as initiative, frustration tolerance and positive sales attitude. The seeker’s application will then be rated green (recommended), yellow (acceptable) or red (not recommended).

Employers receive the job seeker’s application and assessment score in an HTML email. Suggestions for targeted interview questions are also included to help hiring managers further probe areas of concern in the assessment.
